MRC Gambia and Cambridge Risk Solutions Receive CIR Award

We are delighted to announce that MRC Unit The Gambia and Cambridge Risk Solutions received the ‘Business Continuity Strategy Through Partnership’ award at last night’s CIR Business Continuity Awards held in London.  The award is in recognition of the significant progress that has been made over the last 12 months to safeguard the vital clinical research that the unit is carrying out against potential disruptions from numerous sources – natural and man-made.  This has involved not only a partnership with Cambridge Risk Solutions, but also a close working relationship with the emergency services, local authorities, the British High Commission and the Gambian Government.
